Roland is a solutions architect, technology, and business consultant with over a decade of experience across software development, IT management, and executive leadership.

His career includes roles as Software Developer at Shona & Logic, Information Systems Manager at Agritrade Leaf Tobacco, and IT Manager and General Manager at Grandincore Tobacco Company.

He also founded Swiftly – a tobacco leaf ERP system – deployed for merchants in Zimbabwe and Zambia. Roland holds an Executive MBA from Africa University, a BSc in Information Systems from Midlands State University and a Project Management qualification from the University of Zimbabwe.

He combines deep technical expertise with strategic business acumen, driving innovation, operational excellence, and lasting client partnerships.
