Frequently Asked Questions

Get quick answers to your common questions

Find quick answers about our tobacco contracts, financing, fast pay, pricing, and leaf buying. Whether you’re a new grower or returning, these cover common grower questions.

We provide seeds, fertilizer, chemicals, and working capital. Our agronomists visit weekly during the growing period to provide technical support. You cure the leaf, and we buy it at a fair price and pay you quickly - within one day.

Yes. 90% of our growers are small-scale farmers with under 2 hectares. Our contracts are sized to what you can manage, minimum 0.2 ha. We provide all inputs and agronomy support, so you don’t need off-farm capital to get started.

Absolutely. Every contract details the input pack cost and your total debt. There are no surprise administrative fees, no hidden deductions at the buying point. If an agronomist recommends extra spraying, the cost is pre-approved by you and documented.

Can we visit your buying centres?
You’re welcome to visit any of our five buying depots across Karoi, Mvurwi, Marondera, Rusape and  Harare during the buying season. Just call +263 780 087353 to arrange a walkthrough. We’ll show you how we weigh, grade, buy, and pay.

We use TIMB-approved grading standards, and you can watch the grading and weighing yourself. Payment is via mobile money or bank transfer within 24 hours of delivery. There’s no price-lowering after harvest unless leaf quality drops below the contracted grade.

Musa Banda

“From Mhangura, I farm 1 ha. Inputs came on time, agronomist came weekly. Best tobacco contractor I have experienced in four years now.”
