Rufaro Acquilina Chinamo is a Chartered Accountant and accomplished finance executive with over 20 years of experience across the banking, manufacturing and agricultural sectors. She is a chartered accountant who has built a distinguished career in financial management, strategic leadership and corporate governance.

Throughout her career, Mrs Chinamo has held senior finance leadership positions in several leading Zimbabwe Stock Exchange listed organisations.

She has also served on the boards of several Zimbabwe Stock Exchange listed entities , bringing extensive experience in governance and oversight.

Mrs Chinamo is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director of First Capital Bank Zimbabwe and Powertell. She is also member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe. She is recognised for her commitment to sound corporate governance, sustainable growth and the highest standards of financial stewardship.
