Kudakwashe is an accomplished Human Resources and Organizational Development practitioner,
and trainer. She is a holder of the Masters Degree in Leadership Studies from Exeter University, Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Social Sciences from the University of Zimbabwe and professional Human Resources Management Qualifications from the Institute of People
Management of Zimbabwe (IPMZ), the Supervisory Management Institute (SMI) and Deloitte.

She has headed HR departments in Commercial banks including Kingdom, Metropolitan and
Zimbabwe Women’s Microfinance banks, as well as in the manufacturing industry and HR Consultancy.
